Lost Property

We find over 8,500 pieces of lost property each year on our buses.
When reporting lost property, please provide a detailed description. Due to the high volume of inquiries, please include any unique characteristics rather than giving a generic description such as 'set of keys' as this will ensure your inquiry has the greatest chance of success. Property found on buses or at bus stop may be held locally for one day before being sent on to our Service Center Office. Property usually arrives between one and three days after it was lost.
If you have lost your property within the day of your travel, you may telephone Service Center Office.
