How to use our services
From Narita Airport
Passengers departing from Narita Airport shall purchase tickets in advance at our counters located inside the terminal building. We have 2 ticket counters in Terminal 2, 5 ticket counters in Terminal 1. Bus stop, departure time and your destination are printed on your boarding ticket. Please check your boarding ticket before proceeding to the bus stop.

- * Payments through any Voucher, Coupon or Credit Card at Narita Airport are to be made only at the Ticket Counters of Airport Limousine.
- * Tickets from Narita Airport to Kichijoji Station can be obtained through Keisei Bus Ticket Counter.
- * Toilet facilities are available on most of our Narita Airport scheduled bus routes.
- * Smoking is not permitted on any part of our vehicles.
- * We are not responsible for any traffic congestion delays which are beyond our control.
- * All buses leaving from Narita Airport Passenger Terminal 1 South Wing shall depart 5 minutes later, leaving from Narita Airport Passenger Terminal 1 North Wing shall depart 10 minutes later than the times shown on the timetable respectively.
From Haneda Airport
Passengers departing from Haneda Airport shall purchase tickets in advance at our counters located inside the terminal building. We have 1 ticket counter in Terminal 2, 3 ticket counters in Terminal 1 and 1 ticket counter in International Terminal. Bus stop, departure time and your destination are printed on your boarding ticket. Please check your boarding ticket before proceeding to the bus stop. We also have ticket machines inside and out of the terminal.

- * All buses leaving from Haneda Airport Passenger Terminal 1 shall depart 5 minutes later, leaving from Haneda Airport International Terminal shall depart 10 minutes earlier than the times shown on the timetable respectively.
From Tokyo City Air Terminal, Shinjuku Station and Yokohama City Air Terminal
Please purchase tickets in advance at ticket counters respectively. Departure time and your destination are printed on your boarding ticket. Please check your boarding ticket before proceeding to the bus stop.
