Discount ticket purchased before 30 June 2022 are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase for both outbound and return journeys.

- Haneda Airport departure must select your bus journey before boarding.
- Refund can only be made at the place of purchase. Refund fee is 210 yen.
If you have pruchased from the driver on the bus, Tokyu Bus Information Center will refund.
- For part refund of your multiple ticket, used pieces will be caluculated as regular fare. Refund fee is payable.
- Late Night and Early Morning Service can be used when fare difference is paid in cash.
Please note that 00:50, 02:20 buses from Haneda Airport and 03:30 from Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu/Markcity, 03:33 from Shibuya Station/West, 03:37 from Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel cannot be used.
