About receipts

Here is how to issue a receipt.

If you made a reservation and payment on Limousine Web
* If you made a reservation and payment on Limousine Web, receipts can only be issued online.
(Please note that receipts cannot be issued at airport counters, etc.)
* If your browser is set to block pop-ups, the receipt will not open.
* Please see here for how to disable pop-up blocking.
For members
1. From the reservation list on My Page, click the "Details" button for the flight for which you want to issue a receipt.
2. Click the "Get receipt" button at the bottom of the reservation details page.
For non-members
Click the URL for displaying the QR code included in the email you received when you made your reservation, and click the "Get receipt" button at the bottom of the page.
If you purchased your ticket at a hotel
・When purchasing, ask a hotel employee to issue you a receipt. If you need a receipt at a later date, please contact the hotel.
If you purchased a ticket at an automatic ticket machine
- After issuing the ticket, press the "Receipt" button.
If you purchased a ticket at a counter at an airport, etc.
- Ask the counter staff to issue you a receipt.
If you purchased a ticket at a travel agency
- Ask the staff at the agency to issue you a receipt. If you need a receipt at a later date, please consult with the staff.
If you purchased a ticket at the boarding station
- Ask the staff at the boarding station to issue you a receipt.
If you paid the fare directly when boarding
- When paying the fare, tell the driver directly that you need a receipt.
