For customers with pets

The following information applies to buses operated by our company. Please note that handling may differ for buses operated by other companies with which we share operations. Pets (small birds, dogs, cats, etc., excluding wild animals and snakes) cannot be checked in as baggage. If you bring pets on board, place them in a small basket that does not expose any part of the body, such as the face, and place them on your lap or at your feet.
Please do not occupy other seats.
In this case, no additional fee is required.
Please be careful not to disturb other passengers with noises, smells, etc.
