Manners on the bus

In order to prevent troubles between passengers on the bus, to ensure a comfortable ride for everyone, and to ensure safe operation, we ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding etiquette on the bus.

On our buses, the four seats at the front are priority seats. (This may differ for jointly operated vehicles of other companies)
Please offer your seat to disabled passengers, elderly passengers, injured passengers, pregnant women, and passengers with small children.
Please turn off your mobile phone near the priority seats. In other seats, set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone. In addition, when using e-mail or the web, please use silent mode to avoid disturbing those around you.
Some passengers may be resting, so please keep your headphones low volume and conversations to a minimum.
Please refrain from occupying vacant seats with luggage, clothing, etc., for passengers boarding at the next stop.
In addition, infants under the age of 6 who do not have a ticket should be held on the guardian's lap.Please refrain from eating, drinking, or bringing anything with a strong smell onto the bus, as it may be a nuisance to other passengers.

We take great care to ensure safe operation, but please wear your seat belt while on board. Buses are exempt from the obligation to use child seats. Please note that we do not provide child seats.When reclining your seat, please be considerate and let the person behind you know.Smoking is prohibited on the train (including restrooms) and at bus stops. Please cooperate in preventing passive smoking.
