For the following routes, there are buses with lifts and elevators that allow wheelchairs to board. You can also make reservations on our website, so please use this service.

・Tokyo City Air Terminal - Haneda Airport Terminal 3
In addition, for customers who have made reservations online, if the weight of the wheelchair you are using is unknown, our staff may contact you to confirm. Thank you for your understanding.
・Wheelchair seats are available in vehicles, but reservations are not possible as they are full
・Wheelchair seats are not available in vehicles and there are no vacant seats, so reservations are not possible
- Please notify the boarding station staff or the driver before departure on the day of boarding. We will guide you to your seat in the order of your request.
* Please note that if the capacity is exceeded, you may not be able to use the service.
* If you are riding with an assistance dog for the physically disabled, you may be asked to present a certificate approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
Fare discounts
If any of the following apply to you, and you present a certificate or certificate, you will receive a 50% discount on the regular passenger fare.- Persons who have been issued a physical disability certificate and their caregivers
- Persons who have been issued an intellectual disability rehabilitation certificate and their caregivers
- Persons who are being looked after or protected by facilities stipulated in the Child Welfare Act and their caregivers

Wheelchairs
The bus is not a low-floor (non-step bus), so you cannot board in a wheelchair. If you have a folding wheelchair, you can store it in the luggage compartment and board a regular vehicle. We may not be able to store electric wheelchairs, so please be sure to contact us in advance.

About priority seats
・Priority seats (4 seats at the front) are available for elderly people, people with disabilities, people with injuries, pregnant women, people with small children, and people wearing help marks. About assistance dogs for the physically disabled (guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs)
- Assistance dogs for the physically disabled can ride on the train free of charge. * If you are riding with an assistance dog for the physically disabled, you may be asked to present a certificate approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
