Although there is a seating capacity limit, we do not accept seat reservations (except for some routes).
On the day of use, please complete the boarding procedure at the bus stop. Please arrive at the bus stop 10 minutes before. If boarding from a hotel, please arrive at the hotel ticket purchasing location 15 minutes before.
Departing from Narita Airport
Please purchase a time-specified ticket at the limousine bus ticket counter in the arrival lobby and then come to the bus stop.Please note that reservations are not accepted.
If you have a coupon ticket, round-trip ticket, multi-ride ticket, or special ticket, please exchange it for a time-specified ticket at the counter.
Departing from Haneda Airport
Please purchase a time-specified ticket at the information desk or automatic ticket vending machine in the arrival lobby and then come to the bus stop.Reservations are not accepted except for some routes. If you have made a reservation, please provide your reservation number to the information desk. If you are using an electronic bus ticket, please inform the bus stop staff.
